    At the moment we live overlooking the Dubai Marina.

    The berths that we can see are all full of boats, but we can literally count on one hand the number of them that are used with any regular frequency.

    All the others are just faithfully washed by the boatboys and sit gathering marine growth on their hulls.

    I think that there are a lot for sale which haven't been sold yet, and this is reflected in the article that you link to, Sam.
