Bahrain is in 'reach' mode after blocking Google Earth, apparently because it was showing too many palaces and islands belonging to private parties highlighting the disproportionate distribution of wealth.
Just the right place for the rest of the Middle East to look upto.
Right, because no one in Bahrain should know who's been treating the country like their personal piggy bank.
ReplyDeleteGod - poor Bahrain :(
ReplyDeleteBtw I fixed your etishite link (the http:// bit was missing).
That's another example of attempting to manipulate the perception of reality.
ReplyDeleteSince they cannot Photoshop the images they deny access to them instead.
Oops, thanks SD.
ReplyDeleteI was looking at those palaces in Google earth. Very very big indeed :D
And John..why is this photomanipulation thing dragged in here?
ReplyDeleteDamn I had too much of photomanipulation today 0o
It's dragged in here because the community is talking about manipulation of information to influence perceptions of reality. I see a very strong connection.
ReplyDeleteI think that it was banned because someone read Emirati's post! lol
ReplyDeleteEmirati - have you checked your blogstats lately? Any high fallutin' visitors from Bahrain show up?
