Legs akimbo in Abu Dhabi

Mostly I just like that headline - "Legs akimbo in Abu Dhabi" - but I do wonder who would inhabit in those legs.

    I don't see the need to incorporate both designs into a new one; all you need to do is build the legs tower, play some good music, and, voila... there's your dancing tower!
