  5. Is something being implied indirectly through the title of this post Sin City? A reference to the movie of the same name, or something about the sinful activities of Dubai?

IMHO, it’s impossible to tell which picture is the best one, because they are all 'the best' :)

  10. Thanks all for ur comments.

Anonymous 1, No i didn't imply anything by having that title on this post... I personally think that these pics give Dubai a "Sining" look.
And don't we forget that the true "Sin City" is Vagas after all.

Anonymous 2, I used a Sigma 10-20mm which is an Ultra wide lens on a Canon EOS400d...

    Great captures!
    I love your photoblog.

Don't be turned off by those comments about photoshop and all. Those can learn a thing or two form you about photoshop and lots of other things...

  16. Dubai Jazz, It's a general mistake to look at those 2 photos and directly assume that they r photoshopped..
BUT on the contrary I barely know how to use photoshop and these 2 pics are HDR... High Dynamic Range...
It's a composion of 3 pics that r merged together to get all those tones that we c in 1 pic...

But thanks all for ur nice comments :)
hope u visit my blog from time to time.
    Have a great day

  17. Just as some constructive criticism, i think the HDR is overdone or poorly done. The pictures by themselves would've been better IMO.

  18. the First HDR could have been better...like maybe a longer exposure with more car lights to give more color...I prefer the one you had taken some time ago of a HDR night shot of sheikh zayed road.....

I like the second one though...

a 10-20mm Sigma...nice...would love to get my hands on that one.... :D

Btw what software do you use...???
