i like this design, the cement price has gone up!

we should avoid using cement!

I had a hole in my room, the rats were entering and exiting from there that hole, every night when i use to sleep!!!

I went to buy cement to fil the hole and the price was like crazy...!

Great design... monumental, but I think the architect who describes it is contradicting himself:

This project represents a final attempt at distinction through architecture:not through the creation of the next bizarre image, but through a return to pure form.

This death star structure pure as it may be is bizarre for a building.

Isn't interesting how anything in the UAE, with the possible acception of Abu Dhabi city, are referred to as Dubai?

loosers, it's not in Dubai, UAE, or somewhere else.. Rem Koolhaas is not architect of this building.. what are u talking about! It's in Azerbaijan, Baku.. Heerim Architects.. hear the sound, but don't know where it is coming from.
