248am.com has posted a video of the base jump by a Brtish man off the Burj Dubai which lead to him being fined.

That was amazing. And to think he went back and jumped again. He knew that he would be caught. He lives on an adrenaline high.
err. they wore caps and looked like "european engineers"? that's saying something for security at the burj.
the jump was NICE. they should make it a regulated tourist thing... i know i'd love to jump off the burj *shrugs*

When you watch the video once he jumps, you have that feeling that for a moment, you really are flying, I can see how that would be an adrenaline rush.
Nice. Personally, I couldn't do it, but it's somehow good to know that there are folks out there who do. Glad they got away with it - at least the first time.
