i cant believe it my blog has been Banned
No it's not.

balushi - they sometimes mistake blogs as spam blogs. It actually happened to this place for a few days, and I had to submit a request for them to un-spam it, which they eventually did.
What happens if you log in to Blogger? What do you see there?
And can you edit your existing posts?

your blog has NOT been banned; it has been auto-classified as a spam blog probably because you failed to respond to a notification that you had been made a spam blog before.

will eppco or emarat do something similar?!for the rest of the country?
wow!
pumped our car with E+ last night
Saved AED 5
