Great shots! You should post the respective dates below the photos--your brief comment suggests the difference is 30 years when it's only 14 at most. BTW, those ugly municipal buildings will have to go!

i recall reading about 4 years back that the bottom photograph was taken in 1990. so probably around 15 years.

Wow, what a fascinating comparison!!
Just imagine, this city needed only 30 years in order to be one of the most awesome and attractive cities in the world!!
This picture is one more proof, that Dubai property is a really becoming one of the profitable, businessmen from all over the world would like to invest in exactly this sphere.
