Etisalat Customer Service Sucks

Want a good reason to not use Etisalat?

if someone else have done that, ie post a link and kept the comments on thier blog you would have had something interesting to tell them.

we nee at least two other competitive companies to solve this problem, seriously we are all fed up with Etisalat.

i called etisalat to report a problem with my iphone that i bought from them 3 months ago. i was on hold for 45min.That was so irritating to say the least. This is definitely the behavior of a company that will eventually go down i hope
