I'm currently in Germany and I can't see it either.

I don't have a very high opinion of your opinion. Not to mention that observing the image in question is illegal in this country.
For those who haven't seen it, the poster is attempting to link to a picture of Rice's face photoshopped (poorly) onto the body of a naked woman wearing a strap-on.
It's neither funny or insightful, unless you have the mentality of a six-year old. This posting has absolutely no worth, the post should be pulled and Ishkandar should be banned from this blog, and possibly turned in to the police for linking to pornography.
Or else the mods can simply wait for the authorities to do something on their behalf, which I'm sure will be a lot less fun.
Well it sure is a rather juvenile attempt at photoshopping ;)
