i dont think a domain name in arabic will be available within next two years.

i think it would be a shame to create pockets of communities that were less accessible to global users..
a form of e-segregation..
What difference would a specific language domain-name make when there are web pages in multiple languages?
at least a site can be located.. i'll often ask people to translate content.. but its nice to be able to find it..
most of the world wont be able to even type the address letalone read a site that has a url in chinese/arab/hebrew etc..
just another hurdle..
the nice thing about the net is that it serves as a world wide web.. restrictive URLs diminish that aspect..
