Sudan: 4.30

Oman: 4.00
Bahrain: 3.85
Iran: 3.85
UAE: 3.70
Saudi Arabia: 2.80
Syria: 2.80
Libya: 2.05
The UAE doesn't come out too well, does it?

That list is uninformed BS.
Would you like to tell us what problem you had with the methodology of the compilation of that list, seeing as you consider it uninformed?
i'd say the UAE got a pretty fair rating.

Oh wait, now that you mention it, there is an elephant in the middle of the room.
It's also speaks volumes that Iraq, despite effectively being under foreign occupation, is better off than any of its Arab neighbors.
