How is it chat? Looks more like a regular message/discussion forum to me.

I been chatting on there! down to personal opinion at the end of the day.

It's not a question of opinion, it is of terminology. A chat room in a "chat room" implies instant messages. This is very different from a forum.
Now, whether people prefer to use chat rooms or forums is down to personal preference.
Actually , doesn't it look more like a forum ? Either way , it's great !
Forum, message board ... well let's not be too pedantic, a means of communication and developing ideas and sharing experiences...which is what the net is all about, well after gambling, smut, fraud and ceaseless banality.

Mmmmmh – now that would be tricky?! Depending on who will decide, that could cover about 98% of the postings? :-) (including this one, because it implies that their is no freedom of speech in the UAE)
