The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari Coming To Dubai

Robin Sharma, author of the bestseller "The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari", will be in Dubai for the first time on 26 and 27 March. He's here to conduct The Elite Performers Series workshop for helping people become visionary leaders. If you're interested, you can register at www.mindparlour.com.

I have just finished reading his book "Who Will Cry When You Die?" and would have loved to meet him. But the USD 900+ fee is a bit steep. I can buy a closet-full of books wid that much cash.

There - my first post to the community. Now if only I could figure out the bolds, italics and href's on my Mac.

$900! Sounds like a shyster.

Trouble with bold, href, etc. on the Mac? These are functions of the Blogger software; has nothing to do with your computer platform.

you can use regular HTML tage; a href etc, no change from normal HTML.
I know on mac you cannot use the composer thingy which does it all for you.

Hi bd. The 'wysiwyg' composer works fine on my PC. My Mac's IE gives me problems. I'm supposed to be shifting to Firefox or Safari to fix that.

Samuraisam, you can understand my problem. I am learning HTML. New kid on the blog, me ;-)

John B. - thanks for the warm welcome. I feel at home.

^^^ That's right. I'd forgot that compose mode doesn't work the same in different browsers. Even if you're new to HTML I'd recommend you use the direct code rather than a composer or editor.

Start with the basic tags: b,/b, i,/i, a href="", /a, img src="" (enclosed in brackets of course). You'll end up with better pages and posts, and in the end it's faster and easier.

Its a very good website. We all should share our views in blogging. This would create an awareness in us.
