not sure about flickr, its not responding at all
Anyway, Thank you Etisalat. Now go and unblock VoIP kthx

this has happened b4..they block sites n then unblock in a while...
maybe at first glance they just block it..and then depending on the response they go through it and unblock it.
As much as I want to be cynical...this is great! Even if it's only a small step on the road to enlightenment, let's applaud them for the effort.
Or maybe "DU" is due to arrive shortly in a city near you, and EggySalad wants to be seen to compete?

Definitely, its DU that has helped. I've also heard of rumours that they no longer block landline bill defaulters.
Perhaps co-incidentally, today is Etisalat's 30th anniversary.
