It shows your time of arrival on the ticket as 1.30 - that's why you got charged an extra hour. The clock must be wrong on the barrier. Bummer :(
ROFL
I cannot argue with the machine. It says an hour two minutes... So its ur word against its
ofcourse i believe it dude ... thank God they didnt charge you 5 dirhams for each extra minute .. this is dubai they wana skin ur pockets and squeeze your dollars out
Which carparks are now paid? What about the one over the road (ie between the DIEC and Em Towers?

er..if its automated.. you cant really help it , can you?
@ a yahya: I don't dispute that it was an hour and two mins. But an extra 5 bucks for 2 mins?!??!? That's just ridiculous. Even the municipality guys give you 15 min leverage!
@ bizzwhizz: Yea I suppose that is the brighter side. Coming to DWTC everyday now means a long way for moi =(
@ secretdubai: I don't know if the car park bet DIEC and EMT are paid yet. But the car park opposite the Zabeel Hall extention is free.
@ aaaaah yahya!: Thanks mate!
@ harsha: Well if that's the stand we took on everything nothing would ever change would it?
